As we all come to terms with life in the shadow of the Coronavirus Pandemic, From Me to You – a charity adopted by Jarrovian Wealth – has launched a brilliant new scheme to help those struggling with social isolation.
From Me to You was originally formed as a letter-writing charity which seeks to end the social isolation felt by people living with a cancer diagnosis. When words don’t come easily, From Me to You encourages connections through letters, cards and postcards – to brighten a patient’s day and let them know they are not alone.
Now, From Me to You is extending its superb letter writing concept to help people in the current Coronavirus crisis.

As so many people in our elderly society are facing up to 12 weeks of self-isolation from family, friends and loved ones, From Me to You are encouraging grandchildren and grandparents to put pen to paper, and simply write a letter to cheer them up and put a smile on faces during this gloomy time.
At the same time From Me to You is calling on people everywhere to write a letter or post card to our wonderful NHS staff and other key workers who are doing such a sterling job for us during this crisis. It is simply an opportunity via From Me to You to say thank you to all those who are doing so much for us all during this immensely difficult time.
Alison Hitchcock, one of the founders of From Me to You
The charity was launched in 2016 by Brian Greenley and Alison Hitchcock following their own experience of developing their friendship via letters following Brian’s diagnosis with bowel cancer in 2010.
