After appearing on the cover of New Model Adviser last year, our adviser Chris Salacinski speaks to New Model Adviser on the recent updates and direction of travel reflecting our grand plans.
‘We have done an awful lot since we started out. We’ve only been around for two and half years and we’ve already been a Top 100 financial planning firm for two years in a row,’ says Chris Salacinski (pictured) founding director and financial planner at London-based Jarrovian Wealth.
Since featuring on our cover last year, Salacinski is still confident in the firm’s cutting edge. Several of the Jarrovian team, Salacinski included, used to work at investment bank UBS. He says Jarrovian was created to have a better back-office system than most, using some of the technology they used at the financial services giant.
‘The team’s UBS background means we could bring better systems and processes into Jarrovian. This means we can get on with doing what we do best – working with clients.’
Jarrovian is pushing on with its partnership model, Pod. The firm handles accounts and compliance processes for advisers who join, allowing them to stick to their core role of seeing clients.
