Jarrovian Group is pleased to be part of the London Memory Walk on the 11th of September 2022 to raise important funds for Alzheimer’s Society. Many people have been affected by this disease, friends, and family of Jarrovian staff included, and they wish to do what they can to be part of helping and supporting those that need it the most.
Dementia is one of the UK’s biggest killers. Someone develops it every three minutes, and currently, there is no cure. We know it is scary facing it, but we must confront the biggest health & social care challenge of our time. After Covid-19, dementia was the leading cause of death in the UK in 2020. We owe it to the 900,000 people across the country currently living with dementia, and their families, to spearhead a campaign for change while providing vital day-to-day support now.
