In light of the recent announcement that the Coronavirus/COVID-19 has become a global pandemic, we would like to update you on our plans and preparations within the business.
At Jarrovian, we would like to reassure you that we are prepared to support both our colleagues and clients during this time to ensure that your current requirements continue to be met.
We have a Business Continuity Plan in place to prepare us for any possible eventuality that could impact the running of the business, including the current global health issue.
Policies & plans for operational continuity
In line with government advice and supporting the business continuity plan we’ve introduced a number of procedures to ensure the business can continue to operate and apply a ‘business as usual approach’. These include the activation of our remote working policy, where all Jarrovian employees are supplied with the necessary resources and tools to do their job from any location.
Even in the case of self-isolating, we are confident that we have enabled our team to operate proficiently so we can still be productive and continue to support our clients globally.
As normal, our team will continue to engage with you through the normal communication channels, including our access to a number of client portals, telephone, and email along with our general support team that can be emailed at email@example.com
We will of course keep you updated if this situation changes but in the meantime if you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact your Financial Planner or known contact.
